The Airports Authority of India (AAI) has announced a recruitment drive for 89 Junior Assistant (Fire Service) positions. Eligible candidates from West Bengal, Bihar, Odisha, Chhattisgarh, Jharkhand, Andaman & Nicobar Islands, and Sikkim are invited to apply online. The last date for submission of applications is 28th January 2025.

Eligibility Criteria

  • Age Limit: 18 to 30 years as on 1st November 2024. Age relaxation is applicable as per government norms.
  • Educational Qualification:
    • 10th Class Pass + 3 years Regular Diploma in Mechanical / Automobile / Fire (OR)
    • 12th Pass (Regular Study)
  • Driving License:
    • Valid Heavy Vehicle Driving License (OR)
    • Valid Medium Vehicle License issued at least one year before 1st November 2024 (OR)
    • Valid Light Motor Vehicle License (LMV) issued at least two years before 1st November 2024

Salary Details

Selected candidates will be placed at NE-4 level with a pay scale of ₹31,000 - 3% - ₹92,000.

Selection Process

  1. Written Examination (Computer Based Test [CBT])
  2. Document Verification followed by Medical Examination (Physical Measurement Test)

Application Fee

  • ₹1000/- for General / OBC / EWS Category Candidates
  • No fee for Women / SC / ST / Ex-Serviceman Candidates

Fees should be paid through online payment modes such as net banking, credit card, debit card, or UPI.

  2. Register by providing necessary details to create a Username & Password.
  3. Log in and complete the application form by providing personal and qualification details.
  4. Upload a recent photograph and signature.
  5. Pay the application fee, if applicable.
  6. Review all entered information carefully before submitting the application.
  7. Save and print a copy of the final submitted form for future reference.

The online application portal will be open from 30th December 2024 to 28th January 2025, up to 11:55 PM.
